Quick diagnosis
The quick diagnosis does not ask for your name or contact details. It runs in your browser using Prospera's rules; no AI model is used. Your selections and description are kept in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so they can be attached if you start a project, and are sent to Prospera only as part of a project inquiry you submit. Contact details and inquiry messages are never kept in browser storage. Please do not include confidential or personal information in the description.
Project inquiries
Processors and transfers outside Korea
Prospera entrusts the following processing to these companies. Each is located outside Korea, so the information is transferred abroad when the processing takes place.

The companies keep the information only for as long as needed for the task and no longer than the retention period above. You may refuse the transfer by not submitting an inquiry through the form; you can still contact Prospera by other means and read all content on this site.
Site analytics
Usage events — pages viewed, how a visitor arrived (referrer and campaign tags) and progress through the diagnosis — are sent to Prospera's analytics collector only where one is configured. These events do not include names, email addresses, free text or IP addresses.
Privacy officer and your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information you have submitted, or withdraw consent, by contacting Prospera.
